“ The TANY Fleet Safety Award Grand Trophy is given to a member fleet that has demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to safe operation in New York State. In order to qualify for an award, the judging committee must determine that a fleet has an exemplary safety record and a proven culture of safety. Leonard’s Express was one of only five fleets selected from the Fleet Safety Awards applications to compete for the Grand Trophy Award.
“It’s hard to choose a winner,” said one Fleet Safety Award judge. “I place a lot of emphasis on the proactive training a company provides for their employees.
