This week…..tires! With a total of 490 tractors, there are 8,820 tires on the road that need to be monitored for the safest travels. Checking your tires before you roll and when you stop can save a lot of roadside service. Catching the tire when it’s a ‘smaller’ problem makes a big difference versus waiting it out until you’re stuck out on the road. We have made our standards for the tread depth a bit higher than DOTs to allow more time for repair and maintenance.
